General Information and Work History:
Anngret has worked in Sydney for 5 years before returning to NZ. In Sydney she provided assessment, counselling and workplace rehabilitation services for large corporate organisations. She has been a provider of psychology services for the Australian Police and Fire services. Anngret also has a background in psychological, medico-legal and employment assessment. Anngret also provides coaching and sports enhancement for athletes.

Areas of focus: 
Anngret specialises in sports enhancement and motivational psychology for sports people and athletes of all ages. She is passionate about this work and also provides counselling to sports people, team and group coaching and motivation work.

She also works with pain management, complex trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, depression and adjustment issues.

Anngret works with individuals experiencing workplace issues such as work stress and burn-out, mediation, vocational assessments and counselling, psychological & medico-legal report writing.
