General Information and Work History

Anngret is a registered psychologist and brings over 15 years of clinical experience. Anngret has completed her education and training across Estonia, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Anngret holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master's equivalent internship qualification approved by the Australian Psychology Board. She is trained in both Occupational Health and Clinical Psychology with a strong focus on delivering practical, evidence-based treatment, supervision, and training.

​Anngret is also an Australian Board Approved Supervisor.

Areas of Focus

Anngret provides counselling and psychological support for adults, adolescents, and children. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and empathetic, utilising an eclectic practice of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Therapy, and Schema Therapy elements. She offers clinical treatment and psychological assessments, including adult ADHD assessments. Anngret also consults with employers, offering guidance on managing psychological stressors and injuries in the workplace.
