Originally from Brazil, Mariane moved to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2005. Having personally experienced the challenges of relocating and adapting to a new culture, she brings a deep, empathetic understanding of the emotional, social, and practical difficulties involved in starting life in a new environment. Mariane works with adolescents and adults from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds.
