Keiren specialises in the provision of family therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, parent-child intersectional therapy, couples therapy and art and sandplay therapy. Having worked with populations from diverse backgrounds and with longstanding trauma backgrounds, she recognises the importance of working creatively and adaptively with clients to help them achieve personal and relational health and satisfaction. . Keiren believes that whilst a thorough discussion of “the problem” a person, couple or family present with is important, the focus of her therapy is on achieving observable, long lasting, practical change. Hence there is a strong focus on goal setting and between session practice as well as regular checking in regarding progress.
